This book is an extract from the Markandeya Purana. Markandeya is speaking to his disciple, Krasushtuki Bhaguri. The story explains the origins of the great Muni Savarni.

I looked at your full translation page and Shri Mataji's three mantras for Sahastrara are at the end but there is a mistake. Almost unbelievable!
"Moksha Pradayini sakshat" That is not part of the three mantras which were used in Shri Mataji's presence for decades. In the early days of Sahaja Yoga the mantras did have a slightly different format, including Shri Bhagavati, but that is long past and I believe your version would still be wrong.
For example, this is in a transcript at Amruta.org from a 1982 Puja with Shri Mataji:
Om Twameva Sakshat Shri Kalki Sakshat, Shri Adi Shakti Sakshat, Shri Bhagavati Sakshat, Shri Mataji, Shri Nirmala Devi Namoh Namaha.
Om Twameva Sakshat Shri Kalki Sakshat, Shri Sahastrara Swamini Moksha Pradayini Mataji, Shri Nirmala Devi Namoh Namaha.
You need to write:
Shri Sahastrara Swamini Moksha Pradayini Mataji or
Shri Sahasrara Svamini Moksha Pradayini Mataji
